Our Community – Crosswinds at the Creek

Crosswinds at the Creek is a 26-unit condominium community located on the southern edge of Cudahy, Wisconsin. Close to parks and trails, the property is nestled in a relatively quiet part of town that houses several condominium communities and is just a short walk, bike ride, or drive to Lake Michigan.  We are just minutes from downtown Milwaukee, with easy access to the interstate.  We are never far from the events, festivals, dining, arts, and other entertainment that the metropolitan area has to offer.

These characteristic condominiums were built in the late 90’s and the HOA was formed in 1999. The HOA is currently governed by volunteer homeowners, who are elected to serve as the Board of Directors and officers.

Crosswinds at the Creek has twenty-six condominium homes in three buildings, and a lovely courtyard area with a small conservancy.

The Crosswinds at the Creek HOA web site has been created to bring important and timely information to the residents of our community. This service has been designed to be both easy to access and user friendly.

You can fill out service requests (work orders), view important association documents, such as our bylaws, common area rules and regulations, announcements, and more.  Everything regarding Crosswinds at the Creek will be in one place, online, and available twenty-four hours a day.

Email Notification: E-mail will be our primary communication vehicle, bringing you multi-media newsletters, urgent notices, and friendly reminders about upcoming events. You will also be able to let the Board know if there are any changes to your contact details.
